[+] The hotel is exceptional for comfort of rooms, especially the bed and bathroom. The bar area and outside seating has approx 50 tables with umbrellas so can sit in comfort while having breakfast or drinks in a wonderful environment overlooking the hustle and bustle of daily life. Breakfast was varied offering local cuisine. Staff were so accommodating, warm, friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough for us offering, what can only be described as a consierge service. Nothing was too much. We really can’t remember a better holiday. Property perfectly located centrally in Durres. 30 second walk to a bustling row of shops and restaurants with outside seating perfect for soaking up the vibrant environment while enjoying drinks and food.

[+] La posizione, la pulizia e la cortesia e l’attenzione del proprietario e del personale. Ho avuto problemi con la macchina noleggiata e il proprietario con il personale si sono messi a disposizione per risolvermi il problema. Quando ho chiesto informazioni mi hanno saputo indicare le cose giuste da fare. Eccezionali se dovessi tornare a durazzo saprei sicuramente dove andare a stare.

[+] The Bizant was exactly as described: the breakfasts were great, with different arrays each day. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, from check in onwards. Santi, Mirjean and Oklecen (not sure i spelled their names correctly) were so very helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The aircon in the room was really good and the bed super comfy. Even tho we were above a coffee bar, there was no noise from it that could be heard in the room. The rooms were kept very clean.

The staff is so helpful and nice. The breakfast is amazing.
Rooms are nice with the same view. Walkable distance to the sea and all restaurants and bars.
